
Ross & Ross Gifts have worked with Halen Mon at many shows over the years so approached them with an idea of blending various flavoured salts and their world’s finest sea salt. They set to blending many different versions to achieve that ‘meaty BBQ’ flavour. Then settled on two versions bringing in smoked, garlic and charcoal salts along with a spicy version with the addition of chilli.
How to Use:
You should use these salts as you would when seasoning your meats. The idea is to build extra layers of flavour at each stage of the cooking. They work really well as a finishing salt on things like steaks. They are not to overpower but to enhance your barbecue. Throughout our testing we found it even works well on grilled vegetables and ‘meat substitutes’ such as grilled Halloumi.

This is a mix of Halen Mon Sea salt blended with Smoked, Roasted Garlic and Charcoal Salts. This will
enhance any meat with an extra smoky barbecue flavour.
